How Novachi and our users agree to work together. Written to be understandable, not opaque.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any Novachi Group product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents and guardians create accounts on behalf of children. Schools and institutions create accounts on behalf of authorized staff and, under consent frameworks, students. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
Paid plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Institutional plans are governed by separate invoice-based agreements.
Family plans include a 14-day money-back window. Institutional pilots are governed by the pilot agreement.
You agree not to use Novachi services to violate laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, reverse-engineer our platforms, or transmit malware or unauthorized advertising. Schools and partners additionally agree to use the services only for educational, therapeutic, or cultural purposes as described in the applicable plan.
All original Novachi content, including Digital Defender episodes, Afolktales series, LoopUps activities, and Novachi VR experiences, is the intellectual property of Novachi Group LLC or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the content in accordance with your plan.
You retain ownership of content you upload (for example, notes or progress records). You grant us a limited license to process that content to deliver the service.
You agree that you will supervise minors' use of our services, use the parental controls provided, and report any safety concerns immediately. Novachi Group takes child safety reports seriously and will cooperate with legitimate law-enforcement inquiries.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, we follow our privacy policy for data deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novachi Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia.
