Markanthony Akem is a leading enterprise transformation agent with deep expertise in Agile delivery, business analysis, systems design, AI animation, and generative AI. With a career defined by executing multi-million-dollar programs for Fortune 500 clients, he uniquely blends technical precision with people-centered leadership to help organizations turn change into a sustainable strategic advantage.

A seasoned practitioner and educator, he has delivered over 2,000 hours of training to more than 1,000 professionals. His practical AI experience includes designing and deploying prompt engineering solutions that accelerate business outcomes. His transformational leadership spans banking, airlines, insurance, telecommunications, and startups, where he has modernized technology, scaled delivery, and embedded value-driven change.

Mark holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.Sc. in Economics from Ebonyi State University. He is a certified SAFe Program Consultant and has completed MIT's Leading Change in Times of Disruption, among many other credentials. He is a published author of multiple widely-read articles on Agile transformation and AI.

Dr. Ujunwa Princess Udeani is a full-stack software engineer, AI innovator, and healthcare IT leader with 20+ years of experience across Epic, Cerner, Athena, and Meditech implementations. She has led EMR rollouts across multiple hospital systems, partnering with clinical and technical teams to deliver complex deployments on time and at scale.

As a project manager for leading healthcare and technology organizations, she has a proven track record of transforming underperforming teams into high-performing delivery units, combining technical depth with a coaching approach that sharpens focus, accountability, and outcomes.

A hands-on builder, she architects and ships production AI systems end-to-end. Her technical stack spans Next.js, React, Vue, Node.js, Supabase, AWS, and the Anthropic API. She is the founder of a nonprofit that has supported 2,600+ individuals across the United States and Nigeria through autism support, STEM education, and humanitarian relief since 2017. She is also a published author of 15+ books spanning faith, leadership, and personal development.

Princess holds a PhD in Christian Leadership & Business from CCU, an M.S. in Computer Applications from Trinity College Dublin, and a B.Sc. in Banking & Finance from Enugu State University. She is PMP, PSM1, PSPO, SAFe SSM, and CompTIA Security+ certified.
