When do subscriptions activate?

Each product activates on its own schedule. Afolktales streams now. Digital Defender launches May 2026. Novachi VR ships in Phase 5. You will be charged only when the plan you chose is live and ready to use.

What does founding subscriber pricing mean?

Subscribers who join before public billing opens lock in the launch price for the life of their subscription, even if public pricing increases later.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, switch products, or bundle up to Novachi+ anytime. You keep your founding rate on whichever plan you originally joined.

What if I am a school, clinic, or institution?
